History:

PuzzLab started as a project to create online escape room games during COVID, and we grew to start designing our first full sized game soon after. Development of Detective Ridelle started in late 2021 by our 2-person development team, and was announced to the public at the end of 2022. Our announcement trailer was well received, and we drew enough attention to run a successful Kickstarter campaign in June of 2023, which ran alongside the release of a Steam demo. We also showcased the game at PAX Aus in Melbourne, where it received a large amount of interest from fans and attention from press. Development of Detective Ridelle is ongoing and we're aiming for a release on Steam by the end of 2023.
